Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- item must be unused
- item must be in original packaging
- item must be in the same condition received
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used foot-care products cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
- refunds are returned to your original payment method
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange:

or
✅ full refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
